We’re looking for a hands-on Technician/Assembler to join our team in Elmhurst! This is a starting position with plenty of opportunities for growth within the company. If you're someone who likes to multitask, work with your hands, and take on new challenges, this could be the perfect role for you.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Assembling machines, or parts—following instructions and ensuring quality
Operating a forklift (if certified or willing to learn)
Basic painting and touch-ups as needed
Handling general shop tasks—helping where needed, learning new skills
Problem-solving and adapting to different tasks each day
What We’re Looking For:
Some mechanical or assembly experience preferred, but we’ll train the right person
Forklift experience is a plus
Willingness to learn and grow in a manufacturing environment
Someone who takes initiative and doesn’t wait for direction
Ability to multitask and switch between different jobs
A good attitude and team-player mindset
